Rebecca Young, DVM
Dr. Young, received her B.S. in Biology and Behavioral Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. She graduated from Cornell University with her DVM. After graduation, Dr. Young completed an internship in equine reproduction at Equine Reproduction Concepts in Amissville, VA. There she learned how to manage stallions, mares and how to perform embryo transfer. She then practiced in a private mare and foal practice in Bridgewater, CT, before moving to Southwestern VA to open Cedar Run Veterinary Services in 2004.
